You are required to submit a National Police Certificate.
A National Police Certificate lodged with the VGCCC must be the original or a certified copy of the original and no more than three months old.
The VGCCC will accept a National Police Certificate from the Australian Federal Police, Victoria Police, other Australian state or territory police services or any other provider appearing on the most current Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission's List of Accredited 'Broker' Organisations.

You are required to provide an Australian individual credit report from My Credit File or illion (formerly known as Dun & Bradstreet). The report must be generated within the last three months (of when you apply).

Yes, you can save your application at any time using the ‘save’ feature in the online application. Applications can be saved for up to 14 days. When you save your application, you’ll be sent a unique link to return to your application.
Yes, the online application is compatible with all internet browsers and may also be used on mobile devices including laptops and tablets.
The online application requires you to upload attachments, so you’ll need to use a scanner or submit the required documentation if it’s not already in a digital format. For example, if you apply for your credit check or individual police check online, you may receive a response emailed to you in a PDF format, which you can upload.
The online application requires you to upload a passport-size photo. Many photo agencies may be able to take a photo of you and provide you with a digital version which you can upload to the application. Please ask your photo agency if this option is available.
