Bingo forms to be submitted

You will need to submit forms to become a declared community or charitable organisation for bingo.

*Note: For bingo sessions in the financial year ending 30 June, annual bingo returns must be lodged by 1 October every year.

Varying the bingo rules

The following persons can apply to vary the bingo rules for their specific needs:

  • a bingo centre operator
  • a community organisation, or
  • a charitable organisation.

You must apply to the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC) to do this. If the variations are approved, they apply to that organisation only and must follow any conditions.
