Bingo forms to be submitted

You will need to submit forms to become a declared community or charitable organisation for bingo. For a copy of these forms please email [email protected](opens in a new window).

  • Notification of intention to conduct bingo sessions.
  • Notification of intention to cease bingo sessions.
  • Notification of specified changes to bingo.
  • Notification of bingo prizes in excess of $20,000
  • Application for approval to vary bingo rules
  • Notification of a new bingo nominee.

*Note: For bingo sessions in the financial year ending 30 June, annual bingo returns must be lodged by 1 October every year.

Varying the bingo rules

The following persons can apply to vary the bingo rules for their specific needs:

  • a bingo centre operator
  • a community organisation, or
  • a charitable organisation.

You must apply to the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC) to do this. If the variations are approved, they apply to that organisation only and must follow any conditions.
