Victorian Wagering and Betting Licence
The Victorian Wagering and Betting Licence allows Tabcorp VIC Pty Ltd to conduct several gambling activities, including:
- pari-mutuel and fixed odds betting
- operating the only off-course wagering and betting retail network in Victoria
- establishing and operating a betting exchange.

Approved Victorian bookmakers
Approved Victorian bookmakers can offer wagering markets on a racecourse and off-course (online) markets if approved by Racing Victoria and the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC).
The licence permits wagering and betting on:
- racing
- sports
- other approved events,

Wagering Service Providers
An online Wagering Service Provider (WSP) may operate in Victoria if approved in an Australian jurisdiction.
Victorian bookmakers and WSPs must adhere to all measures in the National Consumer Protection Framework for online wagering.
