The following table outlines gaming licence application fees from 1 July 2024.
These fees are due when you submit your application. If you do not include the correct fee, your application will be returned. The fee is not refundable regardless of the outcome of your application.
Please lodge your application (other than a Casino Special Employee (CSE) renewal) at least eight weeks in advance. The time taken to process an application will vary depending on a range of factors including the complexity of the application and any objections which may be raised.
