The following table outlines gaming licence application fees from 1 July 2024. 

These fees are due when you submit your application. If you do not include the correct fee, your application will be returned. The fee is not refundable regardless of the outcome of your application.  

Please lodge your application at least eight weeks in advance. The time taken to process an application will vary depending on a range of factors including the complexity of the application and any objections which may be raised.

Supervision charge Victorian gaming venue operators are required to pay a supervision charge to recover the costs of gaming industry regulation and will be invoiced annually.

Note: The above fees do not apply when the associate application is being lodged with an application for a new gambling industry participant licence. They also do not apply when lodged with an application for renewing a bingo centre operator, registered bookmaker, commercial raffle organiser or venue operator licence.
