Parties to an application or proceedings will be notified of the Commission’s decision and reasons in writing.
Decisions and reasons will be published here unless the Commission considers it is not appropriate to do so.

Transcripts
The parties to an application or proceeding may request a transcript if there was a public hearing into hearing into their matter.
Copyright in the transcripts is owned by the Commission. They cannot be photocopied or used in any way without permission. Transcripts are retained for 2 to 3 years after the matter is completed, then archived.
