Decisions

We are responsible for regulating and overseeing the gambling sector in Victoria.

This includes approving electronic gaming machine (EGM) applications, such as those for new premises or increases in the number of EGMs.

The VGCCC ensures that gambling providers operate fairly and in compliance with regulations by taking enforcement action, which can include issuing notices of non-compliance, directions, disciplinary action, fines, or even criminal prosecution.

These actions are aimed at maintaining the integrity of the gambling environment and minimising harm to the community.

To learn more about the VGCCC's processes, you can explore the Enforcement Actions or Commission Decisions pages, where you can also access previous outcomes and decisions.
