We prepare and publish decisions and reasons on certain gaming applications. Gambling providers can apply for the approval of a premises or an increase in gaming machines. A decision on this is then made by the Commission.
Parties will be notified of the Commission’s decision and reasons in writing.
It is standard practice to publish decisions and reasons here, unless the Commission considers it is not appropriate to do so.

Transcripts
The parties to a hearing may request a transcript.
Copyright of the transcripts is owned by the Commission. They cannot be photocopied or used in any other way without permission.
Transcripts are retained for two to three years after the matter is completed, then archived.
