Setting limits with YourPlay

Carded play

Carded play means using a YourPlay-linked membership card to play any poker machine.

YourPlay(opens in a new window) is a tool that can help you:

  • set limits of time or money spent on gambling
  • keep track of your own poker machine use across Victoria.

From 14 December 2023, you have to register for YourPlay(opens in a new window) to use poker machines at Crown Casino. YourPlay will also be introduced at other gambling venues by 2025.

Gambling venues must follow rules for letting people know about YourPlay and how they can register.

If you think a venue is not following the rules around YourPlay, you can make a complaint(opens in a new window).

Pre-commitment limits

Pre-commitment limits allow you to set a limit on the amount of money and time you want to spend gambling before your session starts.
