At the VGCCC, we’re committed to inclusion and diversity.
By 2025, we want to be renowned for delivering an exceptional employee experience. One of the ways we’ll achieve this is by supporting the wellbeing and psychological safety of our people through an inclusive and values-driven culture.
In our workplace, inclusion and diversity means people of all ages, genders, cultural and linguistic backgrounds, religious beliefs, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with a disability and people who are diverse in gender and sexuality – working together to ensure Victorian’s gambling industry operates with integrity, and is safe and fair.
Being inclusive and diverse is a marker of psychological safety, and is an essential element to delivering our responsibilities as a regulator.
Not only is it a priority in how we run our business, but we’re proud to announce and share our first Gender Equality Action Plan (GEAP) as Victoria’s dedicated casino and gambling regulator.
Endorsed by the Commissioner for Gender Equality in the Public Sector, our GEAP sets out how we support gender equality and the initiatives we will implement to advance gender equality principles.
