Declared Community and Charitable Organisations (DCCOs) that conducted bingo between 1 July 2023 and 30 June 2024 must lodge an annual return with us by 1 October 2024.
We’ve mailed annual return forms to DCCOs, but they can also be requested by emailing [email protected].
No longer running bingo?
If a DCCO no longer runs bingo, it must complete and submit the Notification of intention to cease bingo sessions (PDF, 154.35 KB) form on the bingo forms page.
Bingo session nominee has changed?
If your nominee has changed, please complete and submit the Notification of a new bingo nominee (PDF, 1.24 MB) form on the bingo forms page.
Still declared with the VGCCC?
A DCCO must confirm the organisation’s status is up to date by visiting the List of Declared Community and Charitable Organisations. Declarations expire every 10 years.
A DCCO should contact us if they are not listed or their declaration has expired.
