Approved associates of the casino operator
We assess individuals or entities who hold (or will hold) relevant financial interest in the casino, or have influence over its management. Once found suitable, associates must keep us updated on certain things so we can monitor their ongoing suitability.

We issue all associated individuals and entities with directions, outlining what changes they must tell us about, so we can monitor their ongoing suitability to be associated with the casino operator.
This must be done in writing within 14 days of the change taking place.

Associated individuals
In summary, associated individuals must notify us of:
- any change in name, address, or business associations
- any charges, finding of guilt, or commencement of litigation or disciplinary action
- commencement of bankruptcy proceedings or disqualification from acting as a director of a company.
Associated entities
In summary, associated entities must notify us of:
- any change in name, address, or legal status
- any changes to directors, business partners, corporate structure, or new business associations
- any change in the substantial shareholding of the associated entity
- any charges, finding of guilt, or commencement of litigation or disciplinary action
- commencement of bankruptcy proceedings
- commencement of any investigation by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), the Registrar of Incorporated Associations, the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA), the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (Austrac) or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
