There are specific rules of bingo as stated in the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 and Gambling Regulation Regulations 2005. The rules are for bingo centre operators, community or charitable organisations that carry out bingo sessions.
To find out what the rules are, download the Victorian Government Gazette - Rules of Bingo.
A bingo centre operator, community or charitable organisation may apply to the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC) to vary the rules of bingo for their specific needs. Approved variations apply to the applicant's organisation only and are subject to any conditions that form part of the approval.
To apply, download and complete the Application for approval to vary bingo rules.
There is also a list of bingo centre operators and community or charitable organisations that have had their bingo rules varied, see the bingo centre operators database.
