Relevant persons who are required to implement a Responsible Gambling Code of Conduct (Code of Conduct) may adopt a model Code of Conduct developed by an industry representative association (Code Administrator). Relevant persons must notify the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC) if it wishes to adopt a model Code of Conduct by completing a statement of adoption of a Code of Conduct.
Similarly, venue operators who have engaged a person to conduct a Self-Exclusion Program on their behalf must also notify the VGCCC by completing a statement of adoption of a Self-Exclusion Program.
If you are a new licensee adopting a model Code of Conduct for the first time, you must provide the VGCCC with a completed Statement of adoption - Code of Conduct for a new licensee form.
If you are an existing licensee switching to a different model Code of Conduct, you must provide the VGCCC with a completed Statement of adoption - Code of Conduct for an existing licensee form.
If you are a venue operator and you wish to have a self exclusion program conducted by another person on your behalf, you must provide the VGCCC with a completed VGCCC Statement of adoption - self-exclusion program form
