Our Annual Report for 2022-23 was tabled in Parliament on 1 November 2023.
It sets out our regulatory approach, our strategic ambitions and priorities and shows how, in our first year of operation as a stand-alone gambling regulator, we stepped up to the responsibility and additional powers given to us by the Government to ensure industry compliance and minimise harm from gambling.

In 2023–24 we will be further evolving our regulatory approach and modernising our regulatory systems.
Our community focus will continue, with a new website being launched to better meet the information needs of the community and to make it easier for the community to play a role in keeping the industry honest through our tip-offs program. This program launched in 2023 and allows the community to communicate directly with us should they be experiencing or observing gambling harm or suspected breaches.
