How to display player information posters

If a venue has 15 poker machines or less, they must display at least one poster, either the new purple 'YourPlay' or blue ‘Gambler’s Help’ poster in the gaming room.

The purple YourPlay and blue Gamblers Help posters that need to be inside your gaming machine area.

Venues must display one of these posters for every 15 poker machines. For example, 50 poker machines would require a total of 4 posters (3 posters to cover 45 poker machines, and an extra poster for the other 5 poker machines).

There should be an even mix of the purple ‘YourPlay’ and the blue ‘Gambler’s Help’ posters throughout the gaming machine area, where possible.

Other requirements include:

  • Posters must be clearly visible to someone sitting or standing in front of a poker machine. This means anyone should be able to see at least one of these two posters when they turn their head left or right. This may mean more posters need to be displayed throughout the gaming machine area.

  • At least one purple 'YourPlay' QR code poster (see image below) must be displayed outside each entrance to the gaming machine area.

Responsible gambling poster that must be at each entrance to your gaming venue.

See more information on signage inside a gaming venue.

The VGCCC provides the 'YourPlay' posters which ensures they meet the standards. If venues need to order more posters or brochures, email [email protected]. Please order early as postage can take time.
