Check your minor gaming permit expiry

Do you currently use lucky envelopes, bingo cards, or fold-back cards gaming games at your venue?

You must have a current minor gaming permit if you have a functional gaming game at your venue (functional meaning it can be powered on, and works as intended) - this includes if the device can be accessed by patrons, is not plugged in or only on the premises for decoration.

If you don’t have a current minor gaming permit, you will need to complete a permit application and submit it to the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC) for approval. Apply here: minor gaming
