Access our education resources

We’ve made it easy for industry and community to find educational resources all in one place.

These resources are designed to help you understand the legal requirements and obligations that exist in the gambling industry. This will guide venue operators and staff on how to run a gaming venue, what’s expected of staff members, how to engage with customers and the rules around certain gambling activities.

The educational resources also ensure the community know what requirements and obligations must be complied with to ensure they are not harmed by gambling.

We aim to help venues stay compliant to ensure Victoria’s gambling industry operates with integrity, and is safe and fair.

Training tools and materials include:

  • food and beverage poster

  • new staff quiz

  • YourPlay checklist and guidance sheet

  • How to check for ID in gaming venues - Video.

We will continue to add new resources, so watch this space.
